I need your help!

When it comes to hearing from you, I'm all ears! And this time, I'm hoping you'll help me out with one of those nagging questions no one seems to be able to answer. What, in your opinion, is the best abs exercise you can do at home or in the gym? In fact, take our poll (find it on the right side of this page)...we'd love your feedback for our next Oxygen special issue!

  1. My #1 is the jack knife on a stability ball....not only does it hit your entire core, but it is also good for chest and shoulders!!!!

Have a PHIT and PHABULOUS weekend!

  2. I say jack knife, with weighted pull-over, on the floor.

  3. My fave is the plank, no equipment needed, just a little space and it's my "no excuses" type exercise...

  4. My favorite ab exercise is the Bicycle. It helps me target all my trouble spots and the best part...I CAN DO THEM ANYWHERE!

  5. I have to go with the plank here, too. It really works your entire core muscles.
