Welcome to my new blog! I know, I know…it’s Monday and it’s the real deal. Back to reality. Funny thing, but after a weekend packed full with events, I’m almost relieved to get back to a regular schedule. It’s the same way with my training – nothing, to my mind, can beat getting back into the sweet rhythm of lifting weights. In fact, our cover model Maggie D. says the same – she absolutely loves weights and changes her program up all the time.
