Sometimes we need a little mojo!

My daughter and I had a great chat this weekend about motivation and she teased me mercilessly about my thoughts on what motivates others in health and fitness... I do think it's important to share stories. Here's a favorite quote I read somewhere that keeps me inspired!

  6. "Just do it." Yeah, yeah. I know it's Nike. But, honestly, that simple call to action is motivating. Why even ask, "Should I do this or that?" Just do it! It has helped me get off my butt!
