So I'm reading today in a newsletter from the folks at Tufts University that women who drink coffee are actually less prone to strokes - if you drink at least one cup of coffee, researchers in Sweden say, you're 24% less likely to suffer a stroke. Apparently it's the polyphenols in coffee that actually are credited for this, which makes me a happy camper! (I tend to like to get most of my days started with a nice big cup (or cups) of java!).
Question: How do you start your day? |
I'm starting my current day with some hot tea, but suddenly at the mention of coffee, I'm wishing that's what was in my mug ;) There's just something about the smell of coffee you can't beat either!
ReplyDeleteI start my day with green tea and I drink a coffee after lunch if I need an extra boost.

ReplyDeleteI start my day with some yoga and a cup of hot tea. Nobody in my house drinks coffee. We keep some around purely for visitors.
ReplyDeleteI really do enjoy one cup of coffee in the morning! That's all for me usually. Delicious and refreshing! I am so much looking forward to a cup of coffee in the morning with my pumpkin pie oatmeal breakfast (recipe from Oxygen Magazine!)! I can't wait to try it! Take care,
