Although our new Fat Loss special is on newsstands Jan 4, we're already at work on the next one and I need your help. What do you think about sports-specific training? Do you do any of it? And, if so, what's your fave?

ReplyDeleteI do some powerlifting training, so I realy train squats, bench, and deadlift. I hardly ever see those in Oxygen, and they are great moves for overall training!
