I have to share one of the best fitness tools I've come across recently - a foam roller. If I have a muscle ache (or a few!) I just grab my roller and ease muscle soreness in just a few minutes. That's what happened this weekend after a long run and weights session - I spent some time stretching and using the roller and it made an enormous difference!
Question: What works for you?
I take a warm bath in two or three cups of Epsom salts.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of the foam roller as well, but when I travel and want something less bulky to keep my muscle tissue on the up and up, I use "The Stick"

It works wonders on the calves and areas where the foam roller can't hit that easily.
Great tips! Thanks for sharing!

Lots and lots of hot yoga keep me flexible, stable, balanced - mentally & physically, and cleansed.
