How about you?

As much as I love to workout, I know how easy it is to slip out of a routine and then begin to spiral away from fitness and health. Experts support this too - consistency is one of the key factors for success in fitness. This week, as we prepare for the Arnold, it's more important than ever to continue to workout, eat well and do what is perhaps the most difficult - rest. 

Question: What's your key to success?

  1. I don't know! I just can't stop! I've been "on" for the past 5 yrs now, no injuries, no breaks.. My body & Mind won't function without clean food and training!

  2. I'm with Tid, I just love it. I think what's been vital for me is that I train with a group of athletes and a coach. I have a class scheduled for myself with them 3 - 4 times a week and when I'm not going there I always have my schedule for my yoga studio with me. so its the ease in availability, my love and enjoyment of it!!

  3. I truly enjoy my training and the more I do the more I crave healthy clean eats! Workouts are just a regular part of my day, I spend my "me time" at the gym, critical for stress relief! And besides I worked too hard to get where I am, not going to fall off the wagon now!
