Let me know what you think!

Although our new Fat Loss special is on newsstands Jan 4, we're already at work on the next one and I need your help. What do you think about sports-specific training? Do you do any of it? And, if so, what's your fave?

  3. I do some powerlifting training, so I realy train squats, bench, and deadlift. I hardly ever see those in Oxygen, and they are great moves for overall training!

    I was wondering if I can buy Oxygen Fat loss magazine and the Worlds Best Power Foods bookazine from you. I looked up Musclemag.com and they only ship to Canada and the USA. I live in Ireland
