There's no better time!
It's time to make those resolutions - and stick with them! What's the best way you've found to stick to them do you think?

Christal, right on! Somehow, seeing it written down - in black and white or on my phone - keeps me on track. Still, I keep wondering if there is a magic stick-to-it tip that I'm overlooking??????
Have a specific event in mind...a competition, a race, etc. My resolution was to add more cardio (which I loathe!) so I'm biting the bullet and training for a half marathon this year!
