I am mindfull of my thoughts and how I speak to everyone that I come in contact with daily<br />3. Thank God every morning and every night, for the wonderful life I lead and to give me guidence and courage for the coming day. <br />4. Whenever I pass a mirror, I say something positive about myself.<br /><br />They all work like a charm, to relax me and bring me back to the flow of the day.<br /><br />Your blog is awesome! LOL<br />I took a Bodyjam class today and for some reason I kept peeking at the clock behind me. <br />About half way through, I decided to stop looking at the clock and just BE in the moment of where I was and concentrate on what move we were doing. It totally worked...mind over matter.
